Service operator

The bots are provided by the Vyexa team (vyexa.net), the operator of the service. For any question about these terms: support@vyexa.net.

What the service is

• The service is a set of Telegram bots that process the photos, video, audio and text you send using algorithms and neural networks.
• Access happens through Telegram only. The bots.vyexa.net website is a catalogue with descriptions and links to those bots.
• The set of bots, their features and their limits may change: we add, update and retire tools.
• The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; uninterrupted, error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Who may use it

• You must be at least 18 to use paid features; users aged 13–17 may use the bots only with consent from a parent or guardian.
• By using a bot you confirm that doing so is not prohibited under the laws of your country.
• No separate registration is required — your Telegram account is your identifier.
• Circumventing limits through multiple accounts, automation or technical tricks violates these terms.

Free limits, payments and refunds

• Every bot includes free requests. We may change that allowance and restrict it where abuse is suspected.
• Paid processing is purchased inside Telegram through its built-in payments (Telegram Stars). We never receive or store your card details.
• Purchased processing is a digital service and is consumed at the moment a request is executed.
• If you were charged and, because of a failure on our side, received no result, we refund the payment or credit the equivalent processing — write to support@vyexa.net.
• We do not refund a delivered result because you dislike it artistically: generative models are variable by nature, which is why we recommend spending the free requests first.
• Telegram's own payment and refund rules apply in addition to ours.

Your content and rights to the result

• You keep all rights to the files you send to a bot.
• By sending a file you confirm that you are allowed to process it: it is your own material, or you have consent from the people depicted and the rights holders.
• You may use the delivered result, including commercially, within the limits of applicable law and any third-party rights in the source material.
• We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the bots; the service itself, its code and brand remain ours.

Prohibited use

You may not use the bots to create or process material that:

• breaks the law or infringes third-party rights or intellectual property;
• depicts minors in any sexualised context — such requests are blocked without warning;
• produces convincing fakes of real people for deception, defamation, blackmail or harassment;
• presents an AI result as an authentic recording of an event in order to mislead;
• supports fraud, spam, forged documents or the circumvention of identity checks;
• contains hate speech, threats or incitement to violence.

Suspension of access

We may restrict or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these terms, abuse the free limits, attempt to disrupt the service, or where required by law or by Telegram.

Disclaimer and liability

• Results are generated automatically and may contain errors, distortions and invented detail. You decide whether a result is fit for your purpose.
• We do not guarantee storage of the files you send or of the results: they are deleted after processing, so keep your own copies.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for processing in the relevant bot over the previous 6 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its update date; by continuing to use the bots after a change you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, the country where the operator is registered, unless mandatory rules of your country of residence provide otherwise. We try to settle disputes by correspondence first: support@vyexa.net.
