Who processes your data

The data controller is the Vyexa team (vyexa.net). Privacy questions and deletion requests: support@vyexa.net.

What we receive

• From Telegram: your numeric ID, first name and username (if public), and interface language. We never request or receive your phone number.
• Request content: the photo, video, audio or text you send to a bot — used solely to perform the processing.
• Service records: the fact and time of a request, the tool used, its status, your remaining free and paid processing, and errors.
• Payments: the Telegram payment identifier and its amount. Card details never reach us — Telegram handles the payment.
• Website: anonymous page requests, IP address and user-agent in web-server logs, and a counter of clicks on the buttons that open a bot.

Why

• To execute your request and return the result.
• To track free limits and purchased processing, and to handle payments.
• To answer support messages and investigate failures.
• To protect the service from abuse, spam and automated attacks.
• To understand, in aggregate, which tools are actually used so we can develop the right ones.

How long we keep it

• Files you send and results: needed only during processing and deleted from our servers immediately after the answer is sent. A copy of the result stays in your Telegram chat, where you control it.
• Service records of requests: up to 12 months — for limit accounting, support investigations and payment bookkeeping.
• Payment data: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Web-server logs: up to 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data and never share it for third-party advertising. Data reaches only the providers the service cannot run without:

• Telegram — as the message delivery channel and as the payment provider (Telegram's own policy applies).
• AI providers — the file or text you send is passed to the model performing the task. We choose providers that do not use submitted content to train their models.
• Hosting — servers in Germany, where processing runs.
• Authorities — only upon a lawful and justified request.

Model training

We do not use your photos, videos or texts to train our own models. The demo examples on this site were produced from generated or in-house material, never from user requests.

Your rights

• Ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Request deletion: email support@vyexa.net with the subject "Privacy" and your Telegram username or ID.
• Withdraw consent and stop using the service — simply block the bot; service records are removed once the retention periods above expire.
• Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Children

The bots are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies

bots.vyexa.net uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Clicks on the buttons that open a bot are counted anonymously, with no link to an identity. See the Cookie Policy for details.

The current version is always published on this page together with its update date.
